Romford Bags Race 3

Romford Friday Night 500 Stayers - Heat 2

Stake: $1,160

RAPIDO LOUISE (3) impressed last time when clocked a slick 35.56 win here in a new PB this course and distance. In form and can measure up again. CROSSFIELD ROGER (2) jumped cleanly last start and led all the way (35.89) at this track in a S3 over 575m. Recorded one of the quickest times on the card in scoring last start. Shapes as a top winning chance on latest effort. ALANS AMIGO (1) was responsible for a modest effort most recently when fifth at this track over 400m behind Elvis Bay (24.94) in an A4. Placed at his previous run. Bold showing expected. FRONT POLO (6) followed a unplaced effort at Central Park two back with a sound third, beaten 4.5 lengths, last start in a OR at this track over 400m (24.64). This far easier so not to be underestimated.

Good win last start as odds-on favourite by 4 lengths over 575m at this track in a handy 35.89, beating Droopys Peru. Has run blistering time here with a 35.15 PB at the distance. Must include if he recaptures that form.

Comments

Didn't fire two runs back then progressed nicely last time to finish third over 400m at this track. Faces a tough assignment this time.
