Romford Bags Race 2

Romford Friday Night 500 Stayers - Heat 1

Stake: $1,312

UNDERGROUND MATT (3) is down a grade after missing the frame two back at this track then finished third at his latest appearance in a OR at this track over 575m (35.70). Drops a couple of notches and expected to go close. LOLLIPOP LUCY (5) scored two back in the quickest time on the program then drifted back and missed the frame latest finishing a 9 length 4th at this track (36.21). Has a strong record out of this box with four wins and a minor placing from six starts. Expected to feature in the finish. SWIFT DEPOT (6) has a fair record and proved too strong last time to win by 4 lengths at Great Yarmouth in a handy 27.95 beating Churchfield Max. Ran one of the fastest times on the program in his latest win. Can make it two on the bounce. CHARLIE LOVES ME (2) missed the frame latest (36.81) when fifth over 575m at this track in a OR1. Has six wins already from this trap.

Comments

Finished fifth two starts ago then regained form last time out when he found a couple better over 575m in a S1 at this track. Hard to make a case on this occasion.

Comments

Turned in a better effort over 575m at this track last start, finishing third behind Roxys Sunshine in a OR. Has the early speed to land on the pace and can stick on. Solid formlines coming through that last run. Looks a major player.

Comments

Could only manage fourth last time out over 575m at this track (36.21) in a OR. Goes very well at this track and trip, including four wins. Has ability and is a key chance.
