TETHERED SOUL (8) was well in commission last start over 1308m at Timonium (Dirt) when fifth, beaten 3.5 lengths. Strong winning chance. KING PUCK (5) missed the placings two runs back then was never in contention last start when 13 lengths away in tenth over 1408m at Belmont Park Turf. Tackling a more suitable race this time so he is likely to play a big role. SPURIOUS (1) fought on for second last start over 1400m at Durbanville, making it two minor placings in a row. Going up a level this time but he is up to the challenge. YES CHEF (3) finished fifth last time out over 1207m at this track, beaten 10 lengths. One of the contenders.
