Plainridge Racecourse Race 7

1609m

Stake: $40,647

ACUSHLA MACHREE N (5) has recorded two wins and two minor placings from the past five starts. Performed well once again when second at her latest appearance over 1609m at this track, beaten 0.9 metres. Big chance based on recent form. MRS CHEESE (4) finished sixth last start over 1609m at Saratoga, beaten 17 metres, after filling a minor placing at the previous appearance over 1609m at this track. Must raise the bar but a big run is on the cards. TAKE YOUR PICK (7) is flying at present with two successive wins to her name, most recently at this track eight days ago. Big chance to keep the ball rolling. SWEDISH STARLET N (6) disappointed last time when seventh over 1609m at this track. Can turn things around.

Ran well last start showing plenty of improvement following August 11 run. Just managed to hang on and win won by a 0.9 m (Fr6) at Saratoga (1:54.20) beating Mybitcoin in FMNW6000L5 on August 18 at $7.67. This race will be harder than that win. Others have better credentials.
